All online orders are bought in good faith and paid for in advance by our customers, we deal with suppliers that we rely on to provide quality products on time and undamaged. If for what ever reason our suppliers get it wrong we will endeavour to put things right as our customers are important to us.
We will accept returns and exchange or refund products for genuine reasons such as arrived in the post damaged, but please check all items delivered direct by our delivery people to you as we cannot be responsible for items delivered by third parties that are damaged if you, the customer have not checked products before accepting delivery.
We are not responsible if our website goes down due to required maintenance or server problems but will endeavour to have our website up and running again with the support of our IT providers.
We will keep all customer account and banking data private and confidential and we reserve the right to close customers accounts for any reason that jeopardises our business on or off line.
We sell products in good faith from our suppliers direct to our customers and we genuinely want all of our customers to receive the best shopping experience on or offline.
